Section 1

General Provisions

1.1This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates access to and use of the services of the GreysStore Trading Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
1.2Services are provided exclusively within the operational jurisdiction of the Platform and are delivered remotely through digital infrastructure.
1.3The Platform is not targeted toward any specific country or territory outside its operational scope. Any external access is performed solely at the initiative and risk of the User.

B2B nature of service. Seller registration is available only to legal entities, authorized individuals, or independent professionals permitted under their local laws.

1.5Acceptance of this Agreement occurs upon registration on the Platform or by using its services.
1.6This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the Platform’s operational jurisdiction. External laws do not apply. Disputes are resolved through competent authorities within that jurisdiction.

Section 2

Territorial Restrictions and Targeting

2.1The Platform may maintain a list of restricted territories where access is limited or blocked to reduce legal and operational risks. The list is provided in Appendix A.
2.2Technical measures such as geoblocking may be used to enforce restrictions.
2.3Users must not access the Platform from restricted territories or bypass restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.
2.4Sellers must not target or accept transactions from restricted territories and must apply their own access restrictions where required.

Section 3

Subject of the Agreement and Role of the Platform

3.1The Platform is not a seller, buyer, agent, financial service provider, or payment processor.
3.2All transactions occur directly between Buyer and Seller. The Platform is not responsible for product legality, quality, or fulfillment.
3.3The Platform does not process payments, hold funds, or provide financial services.
3.4Seller onboarding is subject to the requirements in Appendix B.

Section 4

Account Requirements and Compliance

4.1Sellers must comply with all applicable laws including tax, consumer protection, sanctions, advertising, and data protection regulations.
4.2If compliance becomes impossible due to change in circumstances, the Seller must stop using the Platform.

Section 5

Pricing and Payments

5.1Payments are processed through external third-party payment providers integrated into the Platform.
5.2The Platform is not responsible for payment processing, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes handled by payment providers.

Section 6

Taxes and Responsibility

6.1The Platform does not act as a tax agent in any jurisdiction.
6.2The place of service delivery is considered the Platform’s operational system location.
6.3Sellers must not use the Platform in a way that creates tax registration obligations for the Platform in any external jurisdiction.
6.4If regulatory obligations arise due to Seller activity, the Seller must stop using the Platform and is responsible for compliance.
6.5The Platform may restrict access to avoid regulatory risk exposure.
6.6The Platform is not obligated to comply with foreign tax systems.

Section 7

Service Fees

7.1Some advanced features may require service fees.
7.2All payments are considered received within the Platform’s system environment.

Section 8

Content and Legality

8.1Illegal, restricted, or unauthorized goods are prohibited.
8.2The Platform may remove listings or suspend accounts for violations.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

9.1Liability is limited to fees paid by the Seller in the last 3 months.
9.2Users agree to indemnify the Platform against claims arising from misuse, illegal activity, or regulatory violations.

Section 10

Data and Privacy

10.1Privacy rules are considered part of this Agreement.

Section 11

Suspension and Termination

11.1Sellers may stop using the Platform after settling obligations.

Section 12

Changes to Agreement

12.1Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updates.

Section 13

Other Terms

13.1If any clause is invalid, the rest remains effective.
13.2The English version prevails in case of conflicts.

Seller Registration Requirements

Rules and obligations that apply to all sellers on the platform.

Seller Rules

1.1Sellers may be individuals or legal entities authorized under their local laws.
1.2Sellers must agree to this Agreement to use the Platform.
1.3Sellers confirm they have legal rights to sell listed products.
1.4Sellers must correctly categorize and list products.
1.5Sellers are responsible for fulfilling obligations to Buyers.
1.6External advertising links in product names/descriptions are prohibited.
1.7Spam or unsolicited messaging is prohibited.
1.8Sellers must follow pricing and listing rules.
1.9Content must be placed in correct categories.
1.10Copying or misuse of Platform content is prohibited.
1.11Artificial rating manipulation is prohibited.
1.12Sellers agree to necessary data processing for platform operation.
1.13Manipulation of pricing structures or product variants to create artificial discounts is prohibited.

Appendix C

Prohibited Goods

The following categories of goods and services are strictly prohibited on GreysStore.

Illegal goods under applicable laws

Malware or harmful software

Hacking tools

Spam databases or contact lists

Fraudulent or misleading content

Illegal earning schemes or pyramid systems

Duplicate or misleading listings

Unauthorized cryptocurrency-related services

Access to illegal file-sharing services
