GreysStore (GreysStore marketplace) is a platform that connects sellers and buyers directly. GreysStore accepts payment from you on behalf of the seller based on a previously concluded agreement with the Seller.

GreysStore is not a party to your transaction with the seller and is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise if either party fails to fulfill their obligations.

GreysStore does not interfere in the transaction process and only provides a technical interface for completing transactions. GreysStore cannot guarantee the full integrity of every seller, although it applies measures to maintain trust and safety on the platform.

Sellers on the platform are verified users. Their identity is confirmed through identity verification methods such as document checks and video confirmation, which reduces the risk of fraud and increases trust.

Safe Selection of Goods

Before purchasing, please understand that you are buying a digital product that cannot be physically inspected beforehand. Most misunderstandings occur when buyers do not carefully read product descriptions or seller terms.

We strongly recommend:

Carefully read the full product description before purchase to ensure it matches your expectations.
If you have any doubts, contact the seller directly for clarification, as the seller is fully responsible for product details.
Check the number of sales and customer feedback. Negative reviews may indicate potential issues, so review carefully before purchasing.
Review seller profile details and available contact methods. Reliable communication is a strong indicator of trust.
Check seller ratings, which are based on real customer feedback. Positive reviews increase seller rating, while negative reviews decrease it significantly.

Some digital products may have delayed delivery. In most cases, after payment you will receive a unique code or instruction that must be used to redeem the product. Always follow the seller's instructions carefully.

What to Do If You Believe You Were Scammed

If you suspect fraud or incorrect product delivery, follow these steps:

Contact the seller

Contact the seller and try to resolve the issue directly.

Leave a negative review

If the issue is not resolved, leave a negative review for the order and describe the problem clearly.

Report to support

If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time, report the issue to platform support with your order details.

If a seller's rating becomes negative, their products may be restricted or suspended until the issue is resolved. In unresolved cases, the platform may act as a mediator and investigate the transaction using available records and communication history.

Refund eligibility depends on verification of the dispute and platform policy conditions.
